Details of the TNA support and details of the application
Conditions
- Access for user groups with a majority of users not working in a EU Member State or Horizon Europe associated country is limited to 20% of the total amount of units of access provided under the grant.
- LNS users are registered through the respective User’s Offices, following the standard User’s registration procedures. More detail can be found in the dedicated pages: LNS.The registration allows to have full access to the services offered by the facility. The authorization to operate in radiation-controlled areas (if needed) is managed by the Radiation Protection Service and requires the submission of specific documentation. In addition to the access procedures, Users benefiting of EURO-LABS financial support will need to accomplish the EURO-LABS registration and reimbursement procedures described in the following.
- Experiment report must be completed by the experiment spokesperson within one week after the experiment and sent to the LNS facility coordinator Alessia Di Pietro.
- Experiment Attendance Form must be completed by the experiment spokesperson (only if the information is different to that submitted in previous step within one month after the experiment
- Questionnaire must be completed by the experiment spokesperson and submitted to Brussels.
Users groups supported from the EUROLABS TNA programme are required to acknowledge in publications the EURO-LABS project:

Procedure
- The user groups must be selected by the User Selection Panel.
- The decision of User Selection Panel is send to group leaders (spokespersons of the experiments) by e-mail.
- The qualified User group leader (spokesperson of the experiment) should fill:
- the application form (Word, PDF) for transnational access;
- the information request form TA-application-data.xlsx with the data of ALL people in the research group and submit by e-mail to Alessia Di Pietro, e-mail: .
- reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs for using the facilities at the research infrastructures
- technical Support and expertise at the laboratories hosting the RI
- general procedure for applying to EURO-LABS support
The User group leader (spokesperson of the experiment) should fill:
